• 3-4 years of Java development experience (J2EE 1.6 a plus)Spring Hibernate
• Messaging (preferably MQ Series)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities will include a mix of new development and enhancements. Developers will work with project lead to validate functional and technical designs. Developers must be able to communicate with all levels within an organization, both technical and non-technical. Strong problem solving skills are necessary. Experience analyzing requirements a plus.
