This technical position is responsible for validating requirements, performing design, and leading a small development team in a hands-on manner.  Full time, direct hire position for a technically skilled .NET and Sharepoint developer.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of .NET Framework and ASP.NET 2.0 in C#
• SharePoint 3.0/MOSS 2007
• DHTML, JavaScript and XML
• Research and communcations skills
• Problem solving and debugging skills
• Passion for software development
• 7+ years of professional software development

Desirable:

• SQL Server, especially SQL 2005 w/ SSRS
• AJAX
• Workflow Foundation
• Mobile development (.NET Compact Framework)
• Passion for Microsoft technologies
• Test-driven development
• MCTS/MCPD certifications
• XSLT
• 3+ years experience developing in a .NET envionment
