Tier III Support Analyst
 
 

Job Summary:

 

Responsibilities include supporting 3rd party applications such as:  

1.           Kronos  

2.           Appworx (job scheduling software)  *AS/400 agent, SQL Server agent  

3.           Triceps, experience in supporting third party applications

*            Coordinate system & database updates and MS  patches.

*            Coordinate bi-weekly support meetings.

*            This role will provide guidance to the vendor & technical team on new software package rollout.   

 

Qualifications: 

*            Good Windows and SQL experience.

*            Experience in technical trouble shooting of third party applications. 

*            Experience with AS/400 and JDA (or any merchandising/retail software) is a huge plus.    

*            4 - 6 years’ experience or 3 years of experience with a degree 

*            Mid, some mgmt. experience is nice, potential to grow into a team lead.
